UMCOR - Haiti Emergency
United Methodists have had a long standing relationship with Haiti through the Methodist Church of Haiti. The strong ties between the Methodist Church of Haiti and the United Methodist Church Committee on Relief (UMCOR) helped to facilitate opening of the UMCOR Haiti field office in 2005. 100% of the gifts made will go to help with the recovery effort for the recent earthquake in Haiti. If you are interested in giving, please use the blank envelopes in the hymnal racks. PLEASE write on the outside of the envelope: UMCOR (checks may be written to Lisbon UMC.)

Relay for Life
June 18th @ Western Howard County Park - Last year we raised almost $8,000 to help fight against cancer. We had a wonderful team of walkers and supporters. Please consider joining the team this year and help to find a cure for this terrible disease.
